Arched Two Story Foyer

Arched Two Story Foyer

It’s more than just a place to hang your coat: the often-ignored foyer, the entrance area of a home, is where first impressions are made. Foyers provide a great opportunity to set the stage, punctuate a home with a touch of drama or create a serene buffer between interior and exterior.

A foyer can be the perfect place to put the spotlight on antiques, art and other striking pieces that might get lost in larger rooms.

The walls of the foyer are hand painted to look like raw silk. A combination of four earth tones pigments was combined with metallic paints for the shimmering effect. The pattern oon the walls is matched up for flawless all over repeat.

The concept for this house renovation was largely influenced by the earthy elegance of Tuscan interior design and style. The foyer sets up the stage as it punctuates the house with a touch of drama. The spotlight is on antiques and art that might have been get lost in other rooms.

Entry and Floral Arrangement

The sunlight pours into the entry.  The entry furniture holds shapely console that adds luster. It is topped with a bouquet of bright and cheerful French country flowers that set up a tone of the house as graceful but approachable.
